Dear EA Exchange Members,
I hope this finds you and your family happy, healthy, and ready to travel again! The future of travel is (finally) looking bright! In fact, many of you have already started planning your next Elite Alliance vacation. As we transition back into "normal" travel again, we have made some adjustment that we think you will appreciate.
- We wanted to give you more time to secure your next vacation, so Members with Elite Credits set to expire before June 1, 2021 will receive a complimentary 6-month credit extension.
- Travel Insurance is now available for members who reserve a new vacation with an arrival date after June 1, 2021. Travel Insurance allows members to cancel a reservation up to 48 hours prior to the vacation arrival date, and receive a credit for the fee paid and Elite Credits needed to their membership account to book another vacation within 6-months of the cancellation. *The cost of including Travel Insurance is non-refundable, and members are still subject to the Club's cancellation policy if there is one. Travel Insurance is not applicable to Access Vacations
- Peace of Mind Cancellations will continue to stay in effect for members who reserve a new vacation with an arrival date prior to June 1, 2021. If you reserve a vacation with an arrival date prior to June 1, and need to cancel, the Elite Credits and Exchange Fee can be used towards a future reservation. *Future reservations must be made within 6-months of cancellation
- Members depositing vacations earn Elite Credits that are valid for 2 years from the vacation arrival date, rather than the deposit date, extending the life of your Elite Credits.
I am excited for a new year filled with more possibilities of creating happy memories for you and your family.
